Shipping Policy

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item

We strive to deliver products in excellent condition and at the earliest possible. Shipping charges are payable. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, lost in transit or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 working days and shipped through a domestic courier company.

  • If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.

  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper's reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email/SMS

  • The courier will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.

We deliver most of our orders within 5-7 business days from the order date.

Short Delivery/Product Not Received

In case if the customer does not receive complete order/receive less items than ordered, he/she needs to share the images of the same along with the invoice to the customer care email id mentioned. We will take up to 10 days' time to inspect the gap and take action accordingly. Once issue is identified, we will either refund the amount or ship the product(s) not received. We maintain the right to decline payment or delivery of the product(s) on case to case basis.

In case of short delivery, the customer needs to highlight within 24 hours and customer is requested not to receive open or partially opened delivery packets.
